Group Walks
 
Dogs on our group walks are free to play and explore to do what dogs do in a nearby leash free park.  Each excursion is about an hour in length (plus pick ups and drop offs).  We bring water for the dogs to drink and to be cleaned with afterwards as your dog may need it after his big adventure!

At The Suburban Dog, it's not just another walk in the park!  It's regular practice for our dog walkers to provide some basic obedience training (for those who require it) to stay with the pack, to "drop it", and more...  We also cater to each dog's specific needs; some enjoy playing fetch, others prefer to play a game of chase with his friends.  We want your dog to enjoy his time with us each and every day, doing what he likes most.

We also offer a full day dog daycare program.  Your dog will be picked up from your home in the morning and accompany other dogs and his dog walker on trips to the dog park all day long.  Can it get any better than that!

Requirements: Dogs must be friendly towards people and other dogs, spayed/neutered, and have up-to-date vaccinations to join one of our groups. 


Private Walks

Dogs on our private walks will tour your neighbourhood with one of our trained dog walkers.  Each walk is 30 minutes in length and is customized to fit your dog's specific energy level.  Whether he would enjoy a slow, steady stroll or a more brisk, fast-paced walk, we ensure that your dog will return home relaxed and content. 

One excellent benefit of this service is that we train our dogs to properly walk on leash.

Services

Pets do best when they can stay in a familiar environment while you are away.  So what's more familiar than your own home!  Our pet sitting service is an excellent alternative to boarding your pet in a traditional kennel.  

While you are away, we make scheduled visits to your home to provide your pet with walks and let-outs, replenish food and water, administer medication, clean cages and litter boxes, etc.  We will do our very best to provide your pet with all the comforts of home by following his daily routine. 

We are happy to customize this service to meet your pet`s needs.

This new and very popular service is designed to help your puppy adjust to his or her new home.  You can feel confident that your little one is safe and comfortable while you are away.  We customize this service specifically to meet the needs of your pup and your busy schedule.
